Super Paste Flux 40g for Multi-Purpose Flux, Tin soldering paste flux 40g for repairing electric & electronic medical devices by using tin soldering iron, hot air soldering station and SMT/BGA rework station. Features: Super Paste Flux, Multi-Purpose. Suitable to refill all types of paste flux syringes. Compatible with all tin alloy and solder paste. No residue solid after rework and easy cleaning. High purity, activity, shiny and fast soldering. Strong insulation over 100 mega ohms. Halogen free and non-corrosive. Usage: Repairing electric & electronic medical devices. Soldering electrical control boards. Soldering all copper plates, pipes, connectors, terminals and wires. Soldering all stainless steel plates, pipes, connectors, terminals and wires. Soldering Nickel connections & galvanized metals. Soldering lithium-ion battery 3.7v and coin battery (button cell or watch battery). Suitable with electronic components, PCB & SMD. Usage Recommendations (very important): Follow safety precautions & notes. Clean the surface (Clear any residues or dust). Put a very little bit of paste flux before soldering. Use a suitable soldering iron tip with the target area. Use a suitable soldering iron with the target size. Use a wet soldering sponge for cleaning the tip and during soldering. Use thinner or any alcohol for cleaning. Notes: For best results, follow the usage recommendations. When soldering the negative terminal of coin battery it’s recommended to sand and smooth well. Batteries may damage if it is exposed to high heat! Don’t put soldering iron tip in flux. Not suitable for soldering to aluminium or chrome metals. Not suitable with welding by fusion or flame.
