USB to RS485 Serial Converter Module – Fares This USB to RS485 converter is based on CH340 USB to serial IC. It provides a virtual serial port over a USB 2.0 port. Serial signals are provided in RS485 level to screw clamp terminal. Once you have installed the drivers the module will appear as a normal serial COM port on your computer making it compatible with most terminal programs and development environments. Features : Provides virtual serial port over USB2.0 port. MAX487 transceiver. Supports Win 7, 8, 10, 11 32/64 bit. B-type socket full-speed 2.0 USB interface. USB-powered (5V). Half duplex serial mode. RS485 data rate up to 250 Kbps. Serial baud rate up to 2Mbps. Up to 128 nodes on bus. TVS protection ±30 KV ESD. PTC ( JZ ) for overcurrent fault protection. 120 Ohm terminal resistor included. Red LED indicator for Rx and Tx signals. Green LED for power status. One (Ø 3.5mm) mounting hole for easy installation. Dimensions: 49 X 21 X 15mm.
