TOF400F VL53L1X Laser Range Sensor Module 4m (MODBUS /UART /I2C Interface) The TOF400F VL53L1X Laser Range Sensor Module 4m (MODBUS /UART /I2C Interface) is a high-performance distance measurement device built on STMicroelectronics’ VL53L1X chip, incorporating second-generation Flight Sense technology for accurate, absolute ranging via time-of-flight principles. This module emits 940nm infrared laser pulses through a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) and computes distances by timing the return of reflected photons, achieving results that are unaffected by target color, texture, or reflectivity. Features: Accurate ranging up to 4m in long-distance mode with ±5% accuracy on white targets indoors. Independent of target reflectance for reliable measurements on diverse surfaces. 940nm Class 1 laser for eye-safe operation compliant with IEC 60825-1:2014.
