STPS16150CT Schottky Diode Array 1 Pair Common Cathode 150V 8A TO-220-3 The STPS16150CT is a high-performance dual Schottky rectifier designed for high-frequency switched-mode power supplies (SMPS). Housed in a TO‑220AB package, it offers a common cathode configuration with a total average forward current of 16 A (2 × 8 A) and low forward voltage drop. The device supports high junction temperatures up to 175 °C and is fully avalanche rated, making it ideal for compact and thermally demanding power systems. Features Dual 8 A Schottky diodes with common cathode configuration. High repetitive peak reverse voltage: 150 V. Low forward voltage drop: as low as 0.70 V at 125 °C. High junction temperature capability up to 175 °C. Avalanche energy rating of 4700 W per diode (tp = 1 µs). Low leakage current: 3 µA at 25 °C, 4 mA at 125 °C.
