24C01 1Kbit I²C Serial EEPROM The 24C01 is a 1Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) that provides a dependable and easy-to-implement non-volatile memory solution. It is organized as a single block of 128 x 8-bit memory and utilizes a 2-wire I²C serial interface, making it ideal for applications requiring data logging, user preference storage, or device configuration. Its low-power CMOS technology ensures minimal power consumption, with a typical standby current of only 10 µA and an active read current of 1 mA. Features Single Supply Operation : Operates from a single power supply of 4.5V to 5.5V. Low-Power CMOS Technology : Features a maximum read current of 1 mA and a standby current of 5 µA. 2-Wire Serial Interface : I²C compatible interface for simple communication.
