PC923L Optocoupler Dip-8 IC The PC923L Optocoupler DIP-8 IC is a high-speed, optically isolated device ideal for controlling MOSFETs and IGBTs in inverter circuits. This optocoupler features a built-in direct drive circuit, providing efficient gate drive for high-speed switching. Packaged in an 8-pin DIP form factor, the PC923L provides excellent isolation with an input-output voltage of 5.0 kV, making it highly suitable for industrial and power electronics applications. It has been designed for high noise immunity and rapid switching speeds, with a maximum propagation delay time of 0.5 µs.
