HT16K33A-28SOP LED Driver IC 1 Output SOP-28 The HT16K33A-28SOP is a RAM-mapped 16×8 LED controller driver with an integrated 13×3 matrix key scan function, designed for driving LED displays and keyboard interfaces through a simple I²C two-wire communication bus. It features 16×8-bit display RAM, allowing control of up to 128 LED patterns (16 segments × 8 commons) while reducing the workload on the host microcontroller.
