ULN2002A Darlington Transistor Arrays DIP-16 This ULN2002A Darlington Transistor Arrays DIP-16 is a high-voltage, high-current driver featuring seven NPN Darlington pairs rated at 500 mA each, with common-cathode clamp diodes for inductive load suppression. Inputs are protected by series Zener diodes and resistors for compatibility with 14–25 V PMOS logic. Packaged in a standard 16-pin DIP, it operates over –20 °C to +70 °C and withstands up to 50 V on its outputs, making it ideal for robust relay, lamp, display, and line-driver applications. Features Seven NPN Darlington pairs, each rated 500 mA collector current. High-voltage outputs up to 50 V with integrated clamp diodes. Series Zener-diode and resistor input protection for 14–25 V logic compatibility. Common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Inputs compatible with PMOS, TTL, and CMOS logic levels.
