2SC3259 NPN power transistor 800V 3A TO-220 The C3259 is a robust NPN power transistor designed for demanding power electronics applications. It combines a high collector-emitter voltage rating, substantial collector current capability and fast switching characteristics to support switching power supplies, motor drivers, audio output stages and other high-voltage, high-power circuits.
