HEF4000BP Dual 3-In NOR Gate Plus Inverter IC PDIP-14 The HEF4000BP Dual 3-In NOR Gate Plus Inverter IC PDIP-14 is a CMOS logic device that integrates two buffered 3-input NOR gates and a single inverter in a PDIP-14 through-hole package, offering low dynamic power dissipation, high input impedance and robust output buffering for use in wide-voltage digital and analogue timing applications. Features Two independent 3-input NOR gates plus one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package for compact logic implementation. Fully buffered outputs for high noise immunity and consistent output impedance. CMOS inputs with very high input impedance and low quiescent current for battery-friendly designs. AC characteristics specified at VDD = 5V, 10V and 15V for flexible supply options. Typical propagation-delay expressions provided for load capacitance based timing estimates.
