BDX34C PNP Darlington Transistor 100V 10A TO-220 The BDX34C is a PNP Darlington power transistor designed for high-current and high-gain applications. Featuring a collector-emitter voltage of 100V and a continuous collector current of 10A, it provides excellent performance in switching and linear applications requiring high current amplification. The Darlington configuration offers very high current gain, reducing the need for large base drive currents. Housed in a TO-220 package, the BDX34C supports efficient heat dissipation and easy mounting with heatsinks, making it ideal for power control circuits, motor drivers, and audio amplification systems. Features PNP Darlington configuration for very high current gain. 100V collector-emitter voltage (VCEO). 10A continuous collector current capability. High DC current gain (hFE typically >750).
