MUR4060PT Diode Array 1 Pair of Common Cathode 600V 40A TO-247 The MUR4060PT Diode Array is an ultrafast recovery rectifier packaged as a common-cathode pair in a TO-247/PT case, rated for 600V reverse voltage and a combined average forward current of 40A.
