MBR3045PT Schottky Diode Array 1 Pair of Common Cathode 45V 30A TO-3P-3 The MBR3045PT is a Schottky barrier rectifier array containing two diodes in a common‑cathode configuration, packaged in a TO‑247 (also known as TO‑3P) through‑hole package. Each leg can conduct up to 15A continuous (30A total), with a peak reverse voltage of 45V. The common‑cathode topology allows full‑wave rectification using a single transformer winding and simplifies board layout for OR‑ing and polarity protection circuits.
