MCM4164BP15 64Kbit Dynamic RAM IC DIP 16-Pin The MCM4164BP15 is a Motorola-manufactured commercial‑grade 64 Kbit (65,536 × 1‑bit) dynamic random‑access memory chip. It provides fixed +5.0 V ±10 % single‑supply operation, a maximum access time of 150 ns, and a standard JEDEC DIP‑16 pinout. The device supports page‑mode read/write for faster sequential access and offers TTL‑compatible inputs with three‑state output buffers. It is fully cross‑compatible with the original 4164 family of TTL DRAMs. Features Organized as 65,536 Words of 1 Bit. Single +5 V operation (±10 %). Maximum access time: 150 ns.
