ULN2804APG Darlington Transistor Array The ULN2804APG Darlington Transistor Array is a highly reliable and versatile device, designed for interfacing low-level digital logic circuits (such as TTL, CMOS, or PMOS/NMOS) with high-current, high-voltage loads such as lamps, relays, and printer hammers.
