NEC 2P4M TRIAC 400V 2A TO-126 The NEC 2P4M SCR Thyristor 400V 2A TO-126 is a passivated, plastic-mold SCR featuring low gate trigger current and compact TO-126 packaging. Rated for 2 A RMS continuous current and 400 V repetitive blocking, it’s optimized for ignition systems, motor control in small appliances, and over-voltage protection applications where gate current is limited. Features Low trigger current SCR (gate sensitive), suitable for limited gate drive scenarios. Repetitive peak reverse/off-state voltage: 400 V. Continuous on-state RMS current: 2 A . Surge capability: 20–25 A for short pulses. Compact TO-126 plastic package for efficient PCB layout and heatsinking. Glass-passivated junction and P-gate design for reliable triggering and robust performance.
