Description

AT89S51 8-Bit Microcontroller PDIP-40 Low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit AT89S51 microcontroller with 4KB of ISP flash memory. The device uses Microchip high-density, nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry-standard 80C51 instruction set and pinout. On-chip flash allows program memory to be reprogrammed in-system or by a conventional nonvolatile memory programmer.
