LM6416E NMOS 4-Bit Single-Chip Microcomputer 5V IC DIP-28 The LM6416E is a member of the LM6413/6416/6417 family of NMOS single-chip microcomputers designed for consumer and embedded control applications. It integrates a high-speed 4-bit CPU core, on-chip program memory, RAM, programmable timer, clock generator, interrupt circuitry, and multiple I/O ports into a single compact package. This high level of integration reduces component count and simplifies system design for cost-sensitive products. The device features a 65-instruction architecture with support for subroutine nesting, programmable timers, automatic page stepping, and pseudo-interrupt functions.
