6N137 High-Speed 10 MBit/s Logic Gate Optocoupler DIP-8 The 6N137 High-Speed 10 MBit/s Logic Gate Optocoupler DIP-8 is a high-performance digital optocoupler designed for fast and reliable electrical isolation between low-voltage control circuits and high-voltage systems. It combines a high-efficiency infrared LED with an integrated photodiode and high-speed logic gate detector, providing excellent signal integrity for digital communication while maintaining complete galvanic isolation between the input and output.
