Ai-Thinker Ra-01SCH-P LoRa Module The Ai-Thinker Ra-01SCH-P LoRa Module is a state-of-the-art wireless communication module designed for ultra-long-range applications with minimal power consumption. Leveraging the advanced LoRa™ modulation technology, this module provides exceptional anti-interference capabilities, making it ideal for environments where reliability and robustness are paramount. It is particularly suited for Internet of Things (IoT) applications, enabling devices to communicate over extended distances while maintaining energy efficiency. At the heart of the Ra-01SCH-P is the LLCC68 RF chip from Semtech, which integrates a power amplifier (PA) and a low-noise amplifier (LNA). This integration allows the module to achieve a remarkable transmission power of +29dBm while maintaining an ultra-high sensitivity of -137dBm at a spreading factor (SF) of 10 with a 125KHz bandwidth. Features: Support FSK, GFSK, LoRa® modulation. Support frequency band: 803MHz~930MHz. Maximum transmit power is optional (see the design guide below for configuration method). Default configuration: The internal PA uses a 3.3V power supply voltage. In this state, the maximum Tx Power can reach +29dBm, and the operating current is 750mA; Optional configuration: The internal PA uses a 5V power supply voltage. In this state, the maximum Tx Power can reach +31dBm, and the operating current is 1A; High sensitivity: as low as -137dBm@SF10 125KHz. Extremely small size 17*16*3.2(±0.2)MM, double row stamp hole patch package. Support spreading factors SF5/SF6/SF7/SF8/SF9/SF10/SF11. It has low power consumption in receiving state, and the minimum receiving current is 16mA. The module uses SPI interface, half-duplex communication, CRC, and up to 256 bytes of data packet engine. Support a variety of antenna installation methods, compatible with half-hole pad/through-hole pad/IPEX connector.
