BP2522F SOT33-5 Non-isolated Step Down Buck SMD IC The BP2522F SOT33-5 Non-isolated Step Down Buck SMD IC is an ultra-low standby power, non-isolated constant voltage buck converter designed for compact and cost-effective auxiliary power supply applications. This device integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET and advanced control circuitry, enabling direct operation from a wide 85Vac to 265Vac universal AC input range without the need for an auxiliary winding. Its compact SOT33-5 surface-mount package makes it well suited for space-constrained designs requiring high reliability and efficiency. Features: Ultra-low standby power consumption below 20mW.
