UNI-T UT336B Refrigerant Leak Detector The UNI-T UT336B is a compact refrigerant leak detector built around a high-sensitivity semiconductor sensor that quickly senses halogenated refrigerants. Its responsive detection circuit and intuitive LED/buzzer feedback make it straightforward to spot even small leaks; the probe lamp changes color in sync with the main alarm indicators so you can see the alarm state at a glance. The device uses a flexible probe for hard-to-reach areas and requires a 60-second warm-up before accurate testing. Sensitivity is adjustable across six levels so technicians can tailor detection to background conditions; alarms increase in frequency and LED color (yellow → orange → red) as concentration rises. It runs on four AA alkaline cells and includes audible and visual alarms plus a mute option for quieter environments.
