Usage and working principle Make device connections according to the connection scheme. Set the required settings for the device according to the operating voltage values ​​of te the load. When the device is energized, if the voltage values ​​are normal according to the group values, the relay is energized and the relay LED (≠) is turned on. When the voltage values ​​go out of the set values, the relevant error LED is turned on, it waits until the delay time (DT), after time, the relay is de-energized and the relay LED goes out. When the voltages return to their normal values, the device waits until the reset time (RT), after which time the relay is energized and the relay LED turns on. Disable to protect The high voltage protection function is deactivated when the HV control knob is set. The low voltage protection function is deactivated when the LV control knob is set to off. The external phase is limited to 140 volts. If the voltage drops below 140V while at this point, the relay is de-energized and the Led LV flashes. Status of activation/deactivation of the relay The relay is energized: 2 (COM) and 3 (NC) short circuit, 1 (NC) and 2 (COM open circuit. The relay is de-energized: 2 (COM) and 1 (NC) short circuit, 3 (NC) and 2 (COM) Open Circuit. Required settings and error notifications HV control knob: High voltage set value, when the voltage rises above this value, the HV LED is on. LV control knob: Low voltage set value, when the voltage drops below this value, the LV LED is on. OT control knob: time delay, is the time to wait before entering the disease. RT control knob: reset time, is the time to wait for the relay to pull when the voltage returns to norma. Functions protection High Voltage Protection – To enter the fault condition: If the voltage, goes above the high voltage set value, and the HV LED is on, the device waits until the set delay time (DT), after the time the relay gets de-energized and the relay LED is off. High voltage protection-out of fault condition: When the voltage, less than 5V of the high voltage set value set, the machine waits for the reset timer (RT). After time, the HV LED of the relay is energized and the relay LED is turned on. Low Voltage Protection – To enter the fault condition: If the voltage, goes below the low voltage set value, and the LV LED is on, the device waits until the set delay time (DT), after the time the relay gets de-energized and the relay LED is off. Low voltage protection-out of fault condition: When the voltage is higher than 5V than the high voltage set value, the device waits for the reset time (RT). After the time has passed, the LV LED of the relay is energized and the relay LED is turned on. Maintenance Turn off the device and release the contacts. Clean the stem of the device with a swab. Do not use any conductive or chemical that may harm the device. Make sure the machine is working after cleaning Warnings Please use the device according to the manual. Do not use the device in wet. Include a switching circuit breaker in the assembly. Put the switch and circuit breaker near the machine, the operator can reach it easily.
