Metal Oxide Varistor DISC 20mm ZOV-20D470K The Zinc Oxide Varistor DISC 20mm ZOV-20D470K is a high-reliability voltage-dependent resistor designed for protecting low-voltage electronic circuits against transient overvoltage events such as switching surges, inductive spikes, and electrostatic discharge. Built using zinc oxide (ZnO) ceramic technology, this varistor provides highly nonlinear voltage-current characteristics, enabling rapid response and effective energy absorption. Features: Nominal varistor voltage of 47V with ±10% tolerance. High surge current capability up to 6.5kA (8/20µs). High energy absorption capability for transient suppression.
