BR24C01A 1Kbit Serial I²C-bus EEPROM memory IC DIP-8 The BR24C01A from Rohm is a 2-wire serial EEPROM designed for low-power, non-volatile data storage in embedded systems. Utilizing CMOS technology, it provides 1Kbit (128 words x 8 bits) of memory accessible via an I²C bus interface, with automatic address incrementing and erase-before-write operations. The device supports up to 8 units on a single bus through slave address pins and includes noise filters on SCL and SDA for robust communication.
