BT137-600E Triac 600V 8A Through Hole TO-220 The BT137‑600E is a four‑quadrant, planar‑passivated sensitive‑gate triac designed for robust bidirectional AC switching. Housed in a standard TO‑220AB (SOT78) plastic package, it delivers a repetitive peak off‑state voltage rating of 600 V and a continuous RMS on‑state current capacity of up to 8 A.
