MC3405P Dual Operational Amplifier and Dual Voltage Comparator IC 3V to 36V 2.5mA DIP-14 The MC3405P is a high-performance monolithic integrated circuit containing two differential-input operational amplifiers and two independent voltage comparators in a single 14-pin package. Designed for single-supply or split-supply operation, the MC3405 serves as a versatile, multi-functional analog building block for automotive, consumer, and industrial electronic applications. Its operational amplifiers are equivalent in performance to the industry-standard MC3403 and feature internal frequency compensation. The voltage comparators offer performance similar to the popular LM339 and are fully compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic levels. Features Dual Op Amp Performance: Equivalent in performance to MC3403. Dual Comparator Performance: Similar in performance to LM339. Wide Supply Range: Single supply: 3.0 V to 36 V; Split supplies: ±1.5 V to ±18 V. Internally Compensated: Operational amplifiers feature internal frequency compensation. Logic Compatibility: Comparators are TTL and CMOS compatible. Low Current Drain: Maximum total supply current of 7.0 mA.
