CD4000AE Dual 3 Input NOR Gate and One Inverter Gate IC PDIP-14 The CD4000AE Dual 3 Input NOR Gate and One Inverter Gate IC PDIP-14 is a CMOS logic device that provides two independent 3-input NOR gates and one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package, designed for low-power digital logic and wide-voltage operation from 3V to 15V for use in battery and mains powered systems. Features Two independent 3-input NOR gates plus one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package. Wide operating supply range, suitable for 3V to 15V systems. CMOS inputs with very high input impedance and MAX input leakage of 1μA, enabling minimal static power consumption.
