CD4000AE Dual 3 Input NOR Gate and One Inverter Gate IC PDIP-14 The CD4000AE Dual 3 Input NOR Gate and One Inverter Gate IC PDIP-14 is a CMOS logic device that provides two independent 3-input NOR gates and one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package, designed for low-power digital logic and wide-voltage operation from 3V to 15V for use in battery and mains powered systems. Features Two independent 3-input NOR gates plus one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package. Wide operating supply range, suitable for 3V to 15V systems. CMOS inputs with very high input impedance and MAX input leakage of 1μA, enabling minimal static power consumption. Low quiescent current specified to 15V, making the device appropriate for battery-powered applications. Standard logic pinout in PDIP-14 for easy prototyping and through-hole assembly.
