CD4514 IC 4 Bit Latch 4-16 Line Decoder The CD4514 and CD4515 are 4-to-16 line decoders with latched inputs implemented with complementary MOS (CMOS) circuits constructed with N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors. These circuits are primarily used in decoding applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity are required. The CD4514B consist of a 4-bit strobed latch and a 4-to-16-line decoder. The latches hold the last input data presented prior to the strobe transition from 1 to 0. Inhibit control allows all outputs to be placed at 0 regardless of the state of the data or strobe inputs. Applications: Digital multiplexing Address decoding Hexadecimal/BCD decoding Program-counter decoding Control decoder Features/Specs: DC Supply Voltage Range, (VDD): -0.5V to +20V Input Voltage Range, All Inputs: -0.5V to VDD +0.5V DC Input Current, Any One Input: 10mA Storage Temperature Range: -65ºC to +150ºC Strobed input latch Inhibit control Package Includes: 1 x CD4514 IC 4 Bit Latch 4-16 Line Decoder CD4514 Datasheet
