SA14A TVS Diode Unidirectional 14V 22A DO-15 The SA14A TVS Diode is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression device in a DO-15 axial package engineered to protect sensitive circuits from high-energy voltage transients such as lightning induced spikes, switching transients and ESD events. It offers a 14V reverse standoff, excellent clamping performance, low leakage and robust surge capability in a compact, glass-passivated package suitable for telecom, industrial, automotive and consumer applications. Features 500W peak pulse power capability at the 10/1000µs waveform for heavy transient protection. Unidirectional DO-15 axial package with glass-passivated junction for reliable performance. Reverse standoff voltage 14V with tight breakdown tolerance for predictable protection behavior. Maximum clamping voltage ~23.2V at the specified peak pulse current for effective voltage limiting. Low reverse leakage current (typical ≤1µA at V R ) for minimal standby drain. Fast response time (typically <1.0ps from 0V to V BRmin ).
