74154 4-to-16 Line Decoder/ Demultiplexer PDIP-24 Wide The SN74154 is a monolithic 4-line-to-16-line decoder that utilizes TTL circuitry to decode four binary-coded inputs into one of sixteen mutually exclusive outputs. The device operates when both strobe inputs (G1 and G2) are low. It is ideally suited for implementing high-performance memory decoders and is fully compatible with most other TTL circuits. This component can also perform demultiplexing by using the four input lines to address a specific output line while passing data from one of the strobe inputs. ✅Features Decodes 4 Binary-Coded Inputs into One of 16 Mutually Exclusive Outputs Performs the Demultiplexing Function by Distributing Data From One Input Line to Any One of 16 Outputs Input Clamping Diodes Simplify System Design High Fan-Out, Low-Impedance, Totem-Pole Outputs Fully Compatible with Most TTL and MSI Circuits Typical Power Dissipation: 170 mW Typical Average Propagation Delay: 23 ns 📜📚Specifications Parameter Description Min Typ Max Unit V CC Supply Voltage 4.75 5.0 5.25 V V IH High-Level Input Voltage 2.0 – – V V IL Low-Level Input Voltage – – 0.8 V V OH High-Level Output Voltage 2.4 3.4 – V V OL Low-Level Output Voltage – 0.2 0.4 V I OH High-Level Output Current – – -800 µA I OL Low-Level Output Current – – 16 mA I CC Supply Current – 34 56 mA T A Operating Free-Air Temperature 0 – 70 °C ⚓PINOUT 💻Applications Memory Decoding Data Routing Digital Logic Systems 🎁Package Content 1 x 74154 4-to-16 Line Decoder/Demultiplexer PDIP-24 Wide. 📖DataSheet SN74154
