SB10150CT Schottky Barrier Rectifier 10A 150V TO-220AB The C3259 is a robust NPN power transistor designed for demanding power electronics applications. It combines a high collector-emitter voltage rating, substantial collector current capability and fast switching characteristics to support switching power supplies, motor drivers, audio output stages and other high-voltage, high-power circuits. The device is supplied in a TO-220 package with a metal tab (collector) for easy heatsinking and effective thermal management.
