7442 IC BCD to Decimal Decoder
EGP 25
See other suppliers →Description
General Description These BCD-to-decimal decoders consist of eight inverters and ten, four-input NAND gates. The inverters are connected in pairs to make BCD input data available for decoding by the NAND gates. Full decoding of input logic ensures that all outputs remain off for all invalid (10–15) input conditions. Features Single 7-Segment to BCD Decoder Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL Large Operating Voltage Range Wide Operating Conditions Specifications Product Attribute Attribute Value Product: Decoders / Demultiplexers Number of Input Lines: 4 Input Number of Output Lines: 10 Output Propagation Delay Time: 30 ns Supply Voltage – Min: 4.75 V Supply Voltage – Max: 5.25 V Minimum Operating Temperature: 0 C Maximum Operating Temperature: + 70 C Mounting Style: Through Hole Package/Case: PDIP-16 Packaging: Tube Function: 4 to 10 BCD Height: 4.57 mm High Level Output Current: – 0.4 mA Input Voltage: 2.0 V to 0.8 V Length: 19.3 mm Logic Type: Decoder Low Level Output Current: 8 mA Maximum Clock Frequency: 35 MHz Number of Circuits: Dual Operating Supply Voltage: 5 V Operating Temperature Range: 0 C to + 70 C Output Current: 8 mA Output Voltage: + 0.4 V to + 0.5 V Subcategory: Logic ICs Supply Current – Max: 7 mA 7442 Datasheet
