LVR125 PTC Resettable Fuse 240V 1.25A Through Hole The PolySwitch line-voltage-rated (LVR) devices help protect electric motors and transformers used in commercial and home appliances from damage caused by mechanical overloads, overheating, stall, lost neutral and other potentially harmful conditions. The LVR line-voltage product line of polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) devices includes components that are rated for line voltages of 120VAC, VDC and 240VAC, VDC for up to 2A of operating current at 20°C. They help protect against damage caused by both overcurrent surges and overtemperature faults. Features Current ratings of 1.25A Line voltage rating of 240VAC, VDC Fast time-to-trip Low resistance Electrical Characteristics Parameter Value Hold Current, IH 1.25 A Trip Current, IT 2.50 A Maximum Continuous Voltage 240 VAC / 240 VDC Maximum Interrupt Voltage 265 VAC / 265 VDC Maximum Interrupt Current 12.5 A Typical Power Dissipation 3.3 W (in tripped state at 20 °C) Maximum Time-to-Trip 6.25 s (at fault current) Resistance, RMIN (20 °C) 0.165 Ω Resistance, RMAX (20 °C) 0.253 Ω Resistance, R1MAX (1 h post-trip) 0.440 Ω Lead Size Tin-plated copper, 0.81 mm² (20 AWG) Physical Specifications Parameter Value Lead Material Tin-plated copper (20 AWG, Ø 0.81 mm) Insulating Body Flame-retardant epoxy polymer, UL 94V-0 Solderability Solderability per ANSI/J-STD-002 Category 3; Withstands 10 s at 260 °C ± 5 °C Dimensions (LVR125) Parameter Value (A) 13.6 mm (B) 22 mm (C) 5.8 mm (D) 6 mm (E) 2.6 mm Applications Electromagnetic loads Game machines Industrial controls Lighting ballasts Loudspeakers Medical equipment Motors, fans and blowers Documents Resettable PPTCs Line-Voltage-Rated Devices DataSheet WT_ROHS Test Report Certification
