IR2104 Half Bridge Gate Driver IC DIP-8 IR2104 Half Bridge Gate Driver IC DIP-8 is a high‑voltage, high‑speed MOSFET and IGBT gate driver designed to control the high‑side and low‑side switches of a half‑bridge power stage from low‑power logic signals. It integrates a floating high‑side driver, ground‑referenced low‑side driver, and level‑shift circuitry, allowing efficient control of N‑channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in applications such as inverters, motor drivers, switched‑mode power supplies, and robotics. The device accepts standard CMOS/LSTTL logic inputs down to 3.3V, enabling direct connection to popular microcontrollers and digital controllers without additional level shifting.
