TTP223-BA6 Touch Sensor Controller SMD IC SOT-23-6 The TTP223-BA6 Touch Screen Controller SMD IC SOT-23-6 is a single-key capacitive touch detector in a compact SOT-23-6 package, providing a low-power, highly integrable solution for replacing mechanical push-buttons with touch pads in consumer and industrial products, featuring selectable output modes, on-board auto-calibration, and adjustable sensitivity via external capacitance or electrode geometry for robust human-touch detection across a wide supply range. Features Single-key capacitive touch detector in SOT-23-6 package for minimal PCB footprint and surface-mount assembly compatibility. Wide operating voltage range of 2.0-5.5V for battery and regulated systems. Ultra-low standby current in low-power mode with typical 1.5uA and maximum 3.0uA at VDD=3V for long battery life. Fast and low-power response modes with typical response times of 60mS (fast mode) and 220mS (low power mode). Sensitivity adjustable by electrode size, panel thickness or external Cs (0–50pF) for flexible sensor designs. Output mode options via pads: direct mode or toggle mode selectable by TOG pad, and active-high/active-low selection via AHLB pad. CMOS push-pull Q output capable of sinking up to 8mA and sourcing up to 4mA (VDD=3V) for direct interfacing with logic or LED drivers. Built-in auto-calibration and power-on stable time to minimise false triggers and maintain long-term reliability.
