TOP244P Off-Line Switching Power Converter IC PDIP-8B TOP244P Off-Line Switching Power Converter IC PDIP-8B is a high-performance offline switching power converter from the TOPSwitch-GX family. It integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM controller, fault protection, and control circuitry into a single device, reducing component count and simplifying power supply design. Designed for compact and energy-efficient AC-DC converters, the IC offers programmable current limiting, line sensing, soft-start, thermal shutdown, frequency jittering for EMI reduction, and excellent standby efficiency.
