7912 Negative Voltage Regulator 12V 1.5A TO-220 The L7912CV Negative Voltage Regulator 12V 1.5A TO-220 is a fixed, three-terminal negative linear regulator designed to provide a stable −12V output for local on-card regulation in split supplies and negative rails. The regulator delivers up to −1.5A with adequate heatsinking, includes internal thermal overload and short-circuit protection, and is offered in TO-220 package.
