BTA12-600B Triac 600V 12A TO-220AB The BTA12-600B is a 12A medium current, 600V standard 4-quadrant Triac housed in an insulated TO-220AB package. Suitable for general-purpose mains AC power switching, it features an internal ceramic pad that provides an insulated tab rated at 2500 V RMS complying with UL standards. This component offers low thermal resistance using clip bonding technology and complies with UL1557 certification and RoHS environmental standards.
