ULN2003AG Seven Darlington Array 50V 500mA DIP-16 The ULN2003AG Seven Darlington Array 50V 500mA DIP-16 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for controlling loads that require more current than a typical digital logic output can provide. The device contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with open-collector outputs and common emitters, providing a convenient interface between logic circuits and loads such as relays, motors, solenoids, lamps, and displays. Features: Seven NPN Darlington transistor pairs in one IC. 50V maximum collector-emitter voltage. 500mA peak collector current per output. Integrated output clamp diodes for inductive-load switching. 2.7kΩ series base resistor on each Darlington input. Compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS logic.
