PIC18F46K80-I/P 64MHz Microcontroller IC PDIP-40 The PIC18F46K80-I/P is a member of Microchip’s PIC18F66K80 family: a feature-rich, enhanced-flash 8-bit MCU that combines up to 64KB of on-chip program memory with advanced peripherals, ultra-low-power nanoWatt XLP operation modes, and an integrated ECAN controller for CAN 2.0B applications. It supports an operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, includes an on-chip 3.3V regulator, and can run at clock speeds up to 64 MHz when using the internal/high-speed oscillator options. Features 64 Kbytes on-chip Flash program memory with self-programmable capability and long data retention. 1,024 bytes of Data EEPROM and ~3.6 Kbytes of SRAM for runtime data storage. Operating voltage: 1.8–5.5V with an integrated 3.3V regulator for powering external peripherals. Max CPU speed: up to 64 MHz instruction execution (when configured with PLL/oscillator).
