TTY020-CA6 Human Body Sensing Sensor PIR SOT-23-6 SMD The TTY020-CA6 Human Body Sensing Sensor PIR SOT-23-6 SMD is a dedicated low-power signal amplification and processing integrated circuit designed for use with pyroelectric infrared (PIR) motion sensors. It incorporates a proprietary dynamic window detection technique to enhance noise rejection and improve sensitivity for accurate motion detection in electronic systems. The device’s small SOT-23-6 surface-mount package allows for highly compact PCB designs and efficient automated assembly. Features: Operating voltage range 2.4V to 5.5V. Typical operating current, no load = 25uA @ VDD=3V. Provides warm-up acceleration and stabilization time function of 10 seconds @ VDD=3V. During the warm-up acceleration period, the OUTN output is at a low level. Dynamic window detection enhances noise immunity. Simple application circuit. 6-pin package (SOT23-6).
