MJ15022 NPN Power Transistor 200V 16A TO-3 A high-performance NPN silicon power transistor designed for demanding linear and high-current applications. Packaged in a robust TO-3 metal can, it offers excellent thermal performance and high reliability in power-intensive circuits. With a 200V collector-emitter voltage and 16A continuous collector current, it is well suited for high-power audio amplifiers, voltage regulators, and industrial control systems. Its wide safe operating area (SOA) and strong gain characteristics ensure stable performance under heavy loads and inductive conditions.
