24C16 2Kx8 (16k) Serial CMOS EEPROM Dip The 24C16 is a 16,384-bit serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) that provides dependable non-volatile storage. Organized as 2048 words of 8 bits each, this EEPROM is ideal for applications requiring low-power and low-voltage operation. It communicates using a standard 2-wire bidirectional serial interface, often referred to as I2C.
