UNI-T UTi740M Smartphone Thermal Camera Module for Android The UNI-T UTi740M transforms any compatible Android smartphone into a handheld thermal imaging device. It connects via USB-C and, once the “Thermal Mobile” app is installed, streams infrared data directly to the phone. At its heart is a high-sensitivity VOx detector with a 400 × 300 IR-pixel array (upgraded in real time via 4× Super-Resolution to 800 × 600), delivering clear, detailed thermal images even at various distances thanks to its manual‐focus ring. The compact aluminum-alloy housing (58 × 27 × 28.6 mm, 46 g) ensures easy portability for HVAC inspections, building diagnostics, or electrical troubleshooting. Thermal sensitivity is ≤ 45 mK @ 25 °C, with a 29° (H) × 21.5° (V) field of view and a 9.5 mm focal length lens, enabling accurate capture of temperature differentials from –20 °C to 550 °C. On-screen tools (5 points, lines, rectangles, circles) allow immediate hotspot analysis, while selectable color palettes (e.g., Ironbow, White Hot, Lava) aid visual interpretation. Real‐time alarms (Hi/Lo) and isotherm modes further streamline inspections. Stored still images are saved as JPG and videos as MP4; data offload and device updates occur via USB.
