25Q64 Flash Memory 64Mbit 4MB SOIC-8 SMD The 25Q64 Flash Memory 64Mbit 4MB SOIC‑8 SMD is a high‑performance serial NOR flash memory device designed to provide reliable non‑volatile storage for a wide range of embedded systems, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. This flash memory is part of the 25Q series, offering advanced features such as standard SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) communication as well as Dual and Quad SPI modes for enhanced data throughput. It delivers a capacity of 64Mbits (8MBytes) that is suitable for storing firmware, configuration data, and other types of code and data in compact designs. Features: 64M-bit (8MB) storage capacity with 4KB uniform sectors for efficient erase operations. Supports standard SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI interfaces for high-speed data transfer. Maximum clock frequency of 133MHz with equivalent rates up to 532MHz in Quad mode. Low power consumption with less than 1μA in power-down mode. Minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector and over 20 years of data retention.
