K30H603 IGBT Transistor 600V 30A TO-247 The IKW30N60H3 (marked as K30H603 ) is a 600V high-speed switching IGBT from Infineon’s third-generation high-speed DuoPack series. It utilizes advanced TRENCHSTOP™ and Fieldstop technology, integrated with a very soft, fast-recovery anti-parallel diode. Designed for industrial power control, this component offers extremely low collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCEsat) and low electromagnetic interference (EMI), making it highly efficient for demanding power conversion applications. It features a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and is housed in a robust PG-TO247-3 package.
