6N139 1kV/us DC Logic Output Optoisolator DIP-8 (Brand: Slkor) The 6N139 1kV/us DC Logic Output Optoisolator DIP-8 (Brand: Slkor) is a high-speed optocoupler designed to provide reliable electrical isolation between low-voltage control circuits and higher-voltage systems. It combines an AlGaAs infrared LED with a high-gain silicon photodarlington transistor to deliver excellent current transfer performance while maintaining complete galvanic isolation between the input and output circuits. Housed in a standard DIP-8 through-hole package, the device is suitable for industrial control, communication interfaces, microcontroller systems, and digital logic applications where signal integrity and electrical safety are essential.
