PL2303 USB to TTL Serial Converter Module The PL2303 USB to TTL Serial Converter Module creates a serial connection between a computer and UART-enabled electronic devices. It converts USB data into TTL-level TX and RX signals for microcontrollers, development boards, routers, and embedded systems. The computer recognizes the converter as a serial COM port after installing the correct driver. Therefore, you can use terminal programs, programming tools, or development software to exchange serial data. In addition, the module may provide 3.3V and 5V power outputs.
