PC925 Optocoupler IC Dip-8 The PC925 Optocoupler DIP‑8 IC is a high‑performance optically isolated gate‑drive device, designed to interface directly with MOSFETs and IGBTs in demanding power‑electronics applications. Its architecture combines an LED input, an integrated optical detector and processing circuit (OPIC™), and a high‑current output stage within a conventional 8‑pin dual‑in‑line (DIP) package. Features: 8-pin DIP package with double transfer mold construction for flow soldering compatibility. High-speed response with maximum propagation delay of 0.5µs. Peak output current of 2.5A with sustained output capability of 0.5-2.0A. Built-in direct drive circuit for MOSFET and IGBT gate drive applications.
